2. Not a lender, broker, or advisor
LoanRound is not a lender, bank, loan broker, financial institution, financial advisor, fiduciary, accountant, or law firm. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, service, or arrange loans. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any lender, bank, business, or government agency shown on the Services unless expressly stated.
3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on LoanRound constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Services. Statistics, rankings, and lender or industry pages are derived from public records and are not recommendations, ratings, or endorsements. Consult your own licensed advisors before making decisions.
4. Public data, sourced from the SBA, presented “as is”
The loan records on LoanRound are sourced from public datasets published by the U.S. Small Business Administration, including under the Freedom of Information Act. LoanRound organizes and presents this data but does not create or independently verify it.
- An approval is not a disbursement, a record reflects an approval and may not reflect a funded, current, or fully repaid loan.
- Records may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, or outdated or miscategorized information present in the government source.
- Geocoded map locations are approximate and may be imprecise or missing.
- Statistics are computed from the available records and may change as data is updated, normally on a quarterly basis.
The data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.
5. Not a consumer report (FCRA)
LoanRound is not a consumer reporting agency, and the Services and data are not a “consumer report” under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or any similar law. You may not use the Services or any data from them to make decisions about an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. 6. No guarantee of results
Searching LoanRound, submitting a funding request, or being introduced to a lender does not guarantee that you will be contacted, matched, approved, or funded, or that you will receive any particular rate or terms. Lenders are independent third parties and make their own decisions. Historical lending activity is not a prediction or guarantee of future decisions.
7. Businesses and lenders identified in the data
Inclusion of a business or lender in the public data does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, LoanRound or that party. If you are an affected business or an authorized representative of a lender and believe a record is inaccurate or should be reviewed, contact us at hi@loanround.com. We will consider reasonable requests but cannot change the underlying government source data, which may remain publicly available elsewhere.
8. Third-party content and links
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and services, including lender application pages. LoanRound does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Any statements about trends, market activity, or future events are based on public historical data and assumptions, are inherently uncertain, and should not be relied upon as predictions.
